📝 Included Revisions:
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at each milestone. Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.
💰 Additional Revisions:
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate or a mutually agreed fixed fee.
7. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership:
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project. This includes custom graphics, layouts, and functionality.
Third-Party Assets:
Themes, plugins, stock images, and other third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed according to their terms.
Portfolio Rights:
Dotkod Solutions reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
⚠️ Important Notice:
The initial deposit (30%) is non-refundable as it covers planning, setup, and initial work.
Client may cancel with no further payment required. Deposit is retained for work completed.
Client is responsible for the second milestone payment (30%). No additional payments required.
No refunds are available after the final deliverable has been approved and delivered.

10. Warranties & Limitations
